Terms and conditions

Prices are per apartment per day, up to 5/persons SUNFLOWER over €20.00 each. per night, up to 4/persons OLEANDRO, NINFEA, ORCHIDEA over € 20.00 each. per night, up to 2/person IRIS over €20.00 each. per night.
Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00 / check-out by 10.00.
From JULY to SEPTEMBER minimum stay of 1 week with arrivals and departures preferably on SATURDAY.
For the other periods, a minimum stay of 3 days.
For particular and different needs, contact the structure.
National holidays: 40% more than the price of the period.

CONDITIONS

The normal consumption of water, electricity, air conditioning and heating.

Use of the outdoor swimming pool.

Use of the hydromassage tub and cervical waterfall max twice a day, for the time set by the timer.

WIFI internet connection in all the apartments and in the external areas.

Outdoor barbecue areas, wood-burning pizza oven, outdoor gas cooker.

(it will be returned at check-out).

Compulsory final cleaning €60.00
(€40.00 for the IRIS apartment).

Bed linen and towels
€15.00 per person.
